Auto-Renewal Subscription Agreement

1. Subscription Plans

Vine Bible offers the following subscription options:

1.1 Monthly Subscription

• Billed once per month
• Automatically renews each month until cancelled
• Full access to all VIP features during the subscription period

1.2 Yearly Subscription

• Billed once per year at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing
• Automatically renews each year until cancelled
• Full access to all VIP features during the subscription period

1.3 Lifetime Purchase

• One-time payment with no recurring charges
• Permanent access to all VIP features
• Not subject to auto-renewal

The specific features included in each plan are displayed within the app at the time of purchase.

2. Auto-Renewal Mechanics

For monthly and yearly subscriptions:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• The renewal charge will be processed within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Upon renewal, your subscription will continue for another billing period at the then-current subscription price.
• You will be charged through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

3. Pricing

• Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region and currency.
• Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before your next renewal.
• The price displayed in the app at the time of purchase or renewal is the authoritative price.
• Prices include applicable taxes as determined by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Any promotional or introductory pricing is valid only for the specified period and will revert to the standard price thereafter.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers:

• The free trial period is 3 days (unless otherwise stated at the time of signup).
• You will have full access to VIP features during the trial period.
• If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
• Each user is eligible for only one free trial. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is prohibited.
• You can cancel the trial at any time through your device's subscription settings.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to VIP features until then.

5.2 How to Cancel on Android

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
4. Tap Subscriptions
5. Select Vine Bible
6. Tap Cancel subscription

5.3 Important Notes

• Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your device's subscription settings.
• After cancellation, you will continue to have access to VIP features until the end of your current paid period.
• You can re-subscribe at any time through the app.

6. Payment & Billing

6.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
• We do not directly collect, store, or process your payment card information.
• Payment terms are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions.

6.2 Billing Cycle

• Your subscription begins immediately upon confirmation of purchase.
• You will be charged at the time of purchase for the first billing period.
• Subsequent charges will occur within 24 hours before the end of each billing period.
• Billing dates are determined by the date of your original purchase.

6.3 Receipt

A receipt for each payment will be provided by Apple or Google through your registered email address. You can also view your purchase history in your Apple ID or Google account settings.

7. Refund Policy

• Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Google Play must be submitted to Google. Visit the Google Play Help Center for refund instructions.
• We do not have the ability to process refunds directly, as all payments are handled by the respective platform.

• Lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable after the platform's standard refund window.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Auto-Renewal Subscription Agreement from time to time. When changes are made:

• The updated agreement will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
• For material changes affecting pricing or billing, we will provide advance notice through the app or email.
• Your continued subscription after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
